Story I I have very very little memory I believe he spiked me I met him at a club whilst I was drinking apparently according to my friend we spoke for 2 mins then both disappeared I and woke up to him inside me claiming he already did it 3 times I was scared. just don’t understand why after violating me he wouldn’t let me leave instead he insisted on cuddling me calling me baby telling me it’s all gonna be okay and I was crying and wanted to go
+1 yWhile it may be true that he did sexually assault you it could also be true that you were both drunk. This could lead to both of you consenting when drunk, meaning both of you weren’t thinking straight and ended up having sex. Also since you said you were at a club you most likely drank a lot of beer which could lead to Alcohol induced blackouts. These blackouts could lead you to think that you were spiked but in reality you just drank a lot of alcohol. Remember people do stupid things while drunk. (As you mentioned in other comments that you were to late to test if you were spiked this could forever remain a mystery) Now I’m not going to say it’s all your fault or that it’s all his fault. I’m just saying that people need to be more responsible when drinking and its always smart to have a person coming with the group who is not drinking to watch over the group. But what do I know I’m not even at the legal age to drink. Also it’s my opinion others may disagree with me which is fine but don’t attack me because I’m looking at this from a different viewpoint.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yA year ago in high school i saw this really hot girl with an amazing ass and i could not stop thinking about her. So i started to stalk her on social media and soon i just started to jerk to her everyday. One day i went to a party and i met her there. She was really wild like she was tipsy. So a few minutes into the conversation i felt myself getting hard so i got her to come sit on the couch with me, but she decided to sit on my lap! Her ass felt amazing but i knew she must be able to feel me too then. A minute later she must have figured it out as she said "hey little man, I've got a gift for you". She started to rock her ass back and forth so fast, she must have assumed i never had any action before because of my small size, which was true, i immediately begged her to stop but it was too late. I jizzed in my pants in less than 10 seconds. She asked me what i was doing because she could hear my soft moans, then she felt my cum through my pants and quickly hopped off of me. She must have thought it was really funny because she took her phone out to take a picture. She tried to call some of her girlfriends over but i ran out as fast as possible. She now notices me in the hallways of school and calls me little minuteman along with the rest of the school.

Well maybe you did say yes while you 2 were drunk and he honestly was shocked you had no memory of it and obviously dosent want to be called a rapist for what he thought you consented to.
Shit gets kind of confusing when you are blackout drunk dosent it?
Maybe he did take advantage of you, or maybe you just had no control of the situation cause you drank to much.
A lot of what you typed just sounds like dodging responsibility and playing the victim card, take control of your live, don't drink as much and pay attention to what drinks you have, unless your drink was unattended how could he have put something in it without you knowing?
It's a cruel world with bad people, but you can't just blame them when you give them opertunities, I should be able to leave my life savings in a bucket on my porch without anyone taking it but we don't do that cause we know damn well someone would see thousands of dollars and take it.01 Reply- +1 y
Playing the victim card? Dodging responsibility? Being drunk does not give someone the right to do what they want to my body also I believe I was raped so do the police, they aren’t going to waste time investigating something they do not believe so I am not sure why you seemed to think this man is not a rapist. Yes people are shit some are opportunities some are selfish, I’m highly aware if alcohol wasn’t involved or clubs weren’t involved this never would have happened but I don’t deserve to blame myself for someone else’s selfish and cruel actions.

+1 yThats rape, I hope you called the police and got to hospital ASAP to get DNA swabs and blood tests to check for drugs etc.

I didn’t go as soon as I should have which is frustrating in hindsight as i may never know truly if I was spiked or not. However they did take tests so all I can do is move on and the police will deal with it.

I mean it happened on a fri/sat early hours and I reported on Monday was tested on Tuesday morning so you see some days passed.
- +1 y
Ok, well hope you coping OK, that's a shocking thing to happen to any person.
- +1 y
Are you doing okay now?
+1 yI’m so sorry that this happened to you. He was probably trying to manipulate you into feeling bad for him/thinking he was nice
00 Reply8.8K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Because for some reason there are sickos that think they did nothing wrong and u truly wanted it 🤮

I didn’t do it as soon as I should have due to stalling out of confusion and trying to gain my memories back thankfully my supportive friends helped me make the right decision. The police are dealing with it. It’s going to be tough as I have zero info about him as he was a stranger but hopefully the police will catch him out.
- +1 y
And yes I was tested and evidence is been taken so it’s over and I can move on but I’m definitely not speaking to club guys again!
+1 yYou were raped. You should not feel guilty whatsoever for reporting him. You did the right thing. I am deeply sorry that happened to you.

He’s a rapist.

Sleeping in bed with someone does not give them permission wtf
1.5K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Well, he was cuddling you and telling you it will all be okay because you were clearly upset. As for why he raped you, I don't know.
01 Reply- +1 y
I guess to have control or seen the opportunity thought I wouldn’t remember it for it to have any consequences
+1 yYa, that's rape and he is a manipulator. You can call the police. You should not let him get away with it. The Q is is that what you want to do?
11 Reply- +1 y
She needs to contact authorities!
2.2K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. You could report him, but do you really want this drama and trouble?
013 Reply- +1 y
I already have reported him.
- +1 y
Why would it bring me drama realistically he’s not going to do anything to make himself look guilty
- +1 y
He should be reported. I think she would suffer more if he went without any consequence for literally raping her.
- +1 y
@sunflower00 "Consequence" will not make her "unraped".
- +1 y
@msc545 no, but it will save her the emotional stress of knowing someone raped her without consequence, and that he is left out there to continue to do that to others. She may be saving others from being raped, and is getting justice which is definitely the right thing to do. Why should he be left free with no consequence for raping someone?
- +1 y
@sunflower00 The problem with all this is that nothing she does will undo what happened, and may make it worse.
- +1 y
- +1 y
@sunflower00 It can make it worse if he has friends and family that become angry at her or if he is not detained while waiting for trial.
- +1 y
I really don’t think having a few brain dead people/rapist sympathisers be a bit annoyed at you is worse than letting a rapist go free knowing they could rape others. It’s not her fault if dumb af family and friends don’t realise that the guy is in the wrong. She’s literally been raped, she’s reported it as she should, what is your problem? They have taken samples and he admitted to doing it, and she woke up with him in her
- +1 y
@sunflower00 If you think about this and stop acting on your feelings, you will realize that: She could be seriously injured by one of those people you are casting aspersions on; AND - it is very unlikely that the case will be filed given the shitty quality of the "evidence"; AND - even if he is convicted she will not feel any better as a result and may feel worse after having to testify.
This is not worth the possible consequences and the likely failure of any case against the guy.

+1 yHe did that because he raped you anytime a guy has sex with you without your consent is rape

I kind of figured he would’ve been desperate to get away from me not all that extra…

I figured maybe he wanted to delude me into feeling that he’s nice but I really wouldn’t be sure what goes through someone’s head who does those things
I slept with a guy and he dumped me and verbally abused me I thought about reporting this to the Police should I?
