I've sent him a text to this guy, stating that I'm getting ready to start work now and I'll be busy at this moment, not available but I'll get back later in the afternoon.

He called 4 times within 15 minutes.

This was my message (I'm already upset by then):

Are some guys that desperate that they can't read when we're clearly telling them we're not available at this moment to take a call.
