My boyfriend never had a serious relationship and now we have some childish issues. How should I deal with inexperienced man?

He is 33 yo and his last relationship ended when he was 24. They never lived together, nor had a sleepover even once. Since then he only dated casually.
At first we had an issue with him texting multiple women, then we had an issue with him adding random girls on socials and texting them, then we had an issue with him running to his parents home on every single day off he has not spending any quality time together.

He is constantly scared of losing his identity, his habits etc.
Seems like he doesn't know what are supposed to be his responsibilities and priorities when in a serious relationship. He wants to have a girlfriend he doesn't make any plans, organizations etc in couple. He decides and just tells me, saying I can't run his life.

I never had these kind of issues with any man before him. They were all well experienced and knew exactly what to do, say, provide etc.

How should I deal with him being so childish?

He won't randomly develop experience out of nowhere, so you will have to guide him through. If he has the intention to improve then he will consider what you tell him about the way he acts.
However the fact he had only casual dating so far probably means he has an avoidant trait, as in fear to get engulfed and losing the self as you said. I do have this problem and I wouldn't be able to endure a classic relationship, but at least I don't start any on those basis, because I know (and I'm super loyal anyway). For example one of my deal breakers is that the guy is needy or doesn't let me have isolated alone time as much as I want, and constantly waits for my contact or replies, that would be instant break for me (my current partner minds his business a lot and spontaneously, that is very okay for me).
Now I don't know the causes behind his avoidance, there could be many and not just "fear of engulfment", there could be instead fear of intimacy (picturing fear of getting hurt if too vulnerable), or fears related to his exes. That is something he could navigate with a therapist but if he had this from early age it won't change any time soon even with therapy, but that would require you two adjust the relationship accordingly with that to some extent, and he should put some extra effort in other things to balance.
It's something you can't manage alone but need his cooperation (he might need some guidance for that, but at least he needs to have the intention to cooperate).
You should anyway stay ready to break up if things get unsustainable for you, don't buy a house or have a baby with him until you reach a stable situation that satisfies you in the long term and you'd accept being the same for a decade at least.
And on top of that you have all the rights to feel turned off in general, I think childish conflicts may erase your passion and attraction towards him at some point. If that happens that should be communicated as well though, you are the experienced one here so you're the one who should handle where the relationship goes and how to face conflicts. If you wait him, well as I said he can't randomly "buy" experience in block...

I'd send him home to his mommy and daddy and let them be his parents. You need to find an adult. The apron strings are so tight on this guy that you don't stand a chance. He'll resent you every time he second guesses himself or makes a compromise.

Is he on the autism spectrum? As some of what you are describing is symptomatic of aspergers.
