What does it mean when a guy wipes dirt off your face?

I got on my colleague’s work bike as a joke whilst we were working and turned the engine on and went hella fast and almost crashed into a car but I swerved at time and flew on the pavement and the bike went on my legs. He shat himself and came over and picked up the bike and asked me if I was okay n I said yeh. We started laughing at the situation whilst I was getting rid of the mud off my hands. We were stood there then he told me to come closer so I did, and he started wiping the soil off my face. Does that mean anything orrr😭 he then kept asking me if I was okay then started bursting out laughing again, he told me that it’s nothing to be embarrassed n said “it’s mee it’s fine”. What does this mean y’all 💀I then told him that I should I start listening to people more because he did warn me about not doing it, n he said “yeah you should listen to people, and by that I mean me”
