So, Lately I have noticed that a coworker who is younger than me has changed a bit towards me. We went on a trip together with other people as well and I think everything started there. He has always been the type that teases a lot, but I always answer back and since my job position stands higher than him, I have always let him known that he is kinda lazy and that I don't take him seriously. Coincidentally we had our flight tickets together and I was making fun that I didn't want to sit next to him, eventhough I am very professional and didn't really care. Somehow, he found a way to tell me he is the type of person that annoys people, but I told him I am so patient and quiet that nobody breaks my walls. And he also revealed that he is hyperactive and speaks a lot and I said ' One can't notice' in irony, but he took it literally and added that he was quite tired from the trip. So, I ended up saying sorry for making the ironi because we were both exhausted. Anyways, when we went back to work, I feel like something has changed. He gives me some looks with his eyes and his whole being finds excuses to be near me. He also starts small talks, some stupid ones. And then here, I ask myself if he does that as an excuse or because he likes to annoy people as he said. I kinda felt something, and frannly I cut it short the whole week and didn't leave space for him to continue. Yesterday, we bumped into each other, and he kinda 'coughed' twice saying good morning. At some moment while we were talking, he was looking me in the eyes, and then scanned me as if he wanted to check me and then back to my eyes. There is some kind of tension, but I don't know if it is only me feeling it, or it is because of my behaviour of the last week.

First of, I can not talk to him and ask him. Our work place is not the best as we don't allow relationships. Second I wouldn't care if he did, but it should be him taking the step first. it's just that I want to know from boys, the way they flirt or they hit on a girl
