When a guy doesn't follow u back does it mean he's not interested?

He smiles and makes a lot of eye contact but he's shy , I followed him 2 days ago on IG but he hasn't followed me back , he's currently in a talking stage with another girl but he still makes eye contact with me , if he is intrested enough with me he would followed me back right? he's not interested enough?

Well, he's talking to another girl and MAY have you in mind as a back up if this one fails.

I'd message him on IG. Ask him. whats up. If he isn't on IG often, then be prepared to. wait for an answer.

  And he’s probably trying to take that girl seriously yet you’re trying to get his attention on social media. If he wanted you he’d act hun there’s no hidden meaning to this
