Sometimes my brothers stare at me and I don't know why like when I'm just sitting they start to stare at me and it makes me creeped out they are 17 and 20 and it's just weird, i haven't said anything yet cause I'm to nervous to.
Because of puberty. Guys hormones notice that your a girl and have boobs. It doesn’t really click 100% that your their sister and what that means. They will eventually grow out of it. But be on guard. They will probably try to sneak a peak at you undressing or in the shower or try to “accidentally” touch your boobs. Be mindful of what you wear so they don’t see too much or if it outlines your boobs.
I know because thats what i still dream about. But mine is regret since I didn’t have a sister to actually do anything.
Of course if you don’t mind if they see you naked because of your lifestyle. Thats ok too. But thats what they are doing.

your brothers is more than one if you are sexy then that is why or he may be thinking something else in which case ask them...
You need to tell them to stop staring at you, and say something to your parents too.
They could just be doing it for fun to annoy you. Siblings do that to each other
You are a girl, and most young guys are perverts
