Why do men find sexual assault funny sometimes?

I was hanging out with some people and we watched one of those videos on facebook, where random girls in the street get their clothes pulled down in public by strangers, and their body gets exposed. They quickly pull down the strapless tops or pants/shorts of unsuspecting girls and then run away leaving the girls embarrassed/shocked/confused, sometimes the girls scream after the guys and curse them (tho I didn't understand what exactly they said, they were speaking some slavic language). The guys watching were either laughing or making sexual remarks, commenting on how much they enjoyed the girls shocked or ashamed expression, or how nice the boobs or ass looked and jiggled when the clothes got removed, why do guys enjoy and laugh at this type of sexual assault so much?

Making fun of things that make people us uncomfortable is the root of comedy.
This is why the most famous comics are men and society constantly makes comments about women not being funny.
We make jokes about dead babies, holocaust, murder, kidnapping, and literally all the things that make this world intolerable. The only thing that seems to tweak anyone’s nipples is when me joke about females. Which actually shows more about the woman than it does the men.
