There’s a new guy at my job, and our first encounter was a little awkward haha. When we were introduced to each other, both of us looked at each other like deer in headlights. I catch him staring at me all the time from afar. Anytime I’m in close proximity talking to someone else, he’ll face his whole body towards me. He and another new coworker were visibly talking about me.

I told some of my coworkers I thought he was cute, and so they started talking about him WHILE staring so it brought his attention to me. It happened multiple times, so now I think he knows. So, it’s hard to tell if he’s interested or just feels awkward because even though he does all of that, he won’t make very much eye contact. He seems somewhat comfortable with others, but not me. I also feel as though my coworkers (and me if I’m being honest) made it obvious lol.

I had this similar kind of things wid a girl in mine apartment she is younger than me staring and looking part continued for 3 years so one day i thought that she didn't have feelings and i was intimidating her by looking at her so I went her on insta and said sorry to her. She were asking why you are doing so. I said i am sorry if i misunderstood anything within us. And after that never texted back.

Now she ignores me whenever we met and now she is going to shift to another place. So mine story is going to end.

I hope you somehow get to know each other. And still i don't know what i did wrong?
