I attended this event and this guys showed interest in me and it was mutual. Like legit was singling me out for everything he had to do and such, eventhough he was not a participant. We exchanged name and I asked for his insta, which he gave. But, he still hasn't accepted it?

How long ago was it? You have to remember that some people aren't on insta or social media in general as often as others. Maybe he checks once a week. Maybe even longer. Don't sweat it too much if it hasn't been that long yet. He might just be busy. If you got a good vibe from him I'm sure he'll contact you at some point. Why else would he bother to give you his deets if he wasn't going to get in touch with you? I say give it some more time.
