Why do guys like toes painted white?

What do guy’s associate girls nail polish/toe nail polish colour with?

I watch a lot of videos where men always comment on white polish and say “damn you know what that means” etc etc hinting at sexual innuendos, but honestly I don’t get it? It’s just a colour. What do you think it means?

I have no idea what it's supposed to mean. If a guy is not into feel, my guess is he's unlikely to notice what color your toes are painted. I do notice black nail polish. It makes me think, "Oh, that poor girl had her fingers/toes smashed"

Yeah it’s quite popular weirdly. I see it a lot on Twitter. Also the YouTube videos I watch are fun ones like “find your match based on outfits” and the guys always point out the girls nail polish colours and it’s shocked me to see they even cared of had opinions on certain ones.
