There’s a male coworker who I’m pretty cool with & we have a pretty good relationship. For about 2-3 weeks we just randomly started communicating outside of work everyday and even during work hours, just casually messaging and sending each other things via social media.
This week, he hasn’t been responding to my messages outside of work as frequently or at all, which is very unlike him because he typically responds very quickly to me, even during work hours. He still speaks to me in person, but barely outside of work like we used to everyday.
On my end, we’re platonic but I THINK there might be a little interest on his side or he is just a little bit of a flirt. Am I wrong for questioning this or could there be a reason?

Unless either of you are planning on quitting that job I would really advise against inter office romance. Roll your eyes if you wanna but if things don’t work out it’s gonna suck, be super awkward and create bad rapport for either of you on the job. That is why flirting on the clock usually never leaves the workplace — it’s not meant to be anything other than fun and already that can look bad on you. Don’t risk it.
Reasons like a coworker is the center of his universe. Also, guys hate texting. Girls cannot seem to grasp that.
