Okay, I got a headache about half way through this.
I've never had an issue meeting women so it's hard for me to relate but even though I think this guy was all over the place there is one point he seemed to be getting at that I agree with.
Younger women for the past couple of generations have had their heads filled with all this feminist stuff and many of them have been brainwashed to think it is somehow demeaning to be a traditional women with traditional family values. They seem to be lost in a fantasyworld believing that there is no difference between men and woman they try to outman men. It doesn't work. Women are not the same as men in every way. There are some things they are better at and some they are worse at. The idea that they are "the same" is not only ridiculous, but cruel because it will ultimately leave them without a family and without a feeling of fulfillment in their life.
Women should celebrate being women and being DIFFERENT from men, not try to imitate them in a way that makes them look foolish and weak. Feminism is weakness not strength. It makes women bitter not happy. It makes them out of sync with reality and their natural design and can lead to nowhere but disillusionment. It has eroded society and become an impediment to healthy male/female relationships.
On that point, I agree with this video.

just because men and women are working jobs, it really is not a sign that men and women are equal. if you think that women are suddenly men because they have careers, you need to get your facts straight about what defines a woman.
I have a fucking job... it doesn't mean I'm not a woman. It just means I'm hard working and I pay for everything I own. No, it doesn't mean I never want to become a mother either. No, I'm not a lesbian either.
quit stereotyping... and get your facts straight.

It's kinda tough to get excited about going to place that you know you'll most likely spend lots of money and get rejected. Especially when the people you're getting rejected by are kinda... meh... I really don't care that much about being rejected, but I want to be rejected by people that I look at and think yeah, I get that.
I'd like to think of myself as a fairly impressive guy, generally. I'm definitely too heavy, but I'm professionally accomplished and I live a very proactive, interesting life. I want to be surrounded by people doing interesting shit.

I think the traditional single event thing has been long replaced by dating apps. It allows both genders to be as picky or not as they want to without the fear of rejection in person or in front of several prospects.

actually... in most single events... men outnumber women by far. Places actually let women in for free to fill up empty female seats while the male seats were always filled up. this video is the rare exception

I've been an attendee of speed dating events for a long time. I even was part of hosting an event at one point. Truth is... vast majority of men that attend these events are men who can't get anyone in real life cuz theyre too ugly, short, lack basic social skills. Otherwisw why would anyone pay such an expensive ticket just to find a date?
Prices are usually cheaper for women especially when female seats can't get filled up when it gets closer to the event date. I went a couple of times for FREE.
The number of attendees regarding genders are more equal for older folks speed dating because its usually harder for older people to get dates or meet people.

Why would anyone make time to show up to some event that is centered around a bunch of lonely people? If you want to bait single men to a location, then rent out a barcade with free play video games, billiards, darts, axe throwing, and/or bowling. Call it guys night once a week and let them in free to play and compete with their friends. Hold tournaments with prizes. Give them their first beer free or do half priced beers all night long for guys. Single men will show up by the truck load. Then on the side, market it to women as a singles event and let them pay a cover charge and pay for full priced drinks.

Because those events are usually filled w single mothers, divorcées w serious issues, women who no one would really date. Probably western women who dated Chad cause he was dangerous, exciting hot, then knocked her up and left her alone. Now she wants a good man after she gave it all up to Chad. But she expects this new man to treat her like a Queen, to prove himself to her when she needs to prove herself to him as to why he should even consider dating her.

Because meeting in person is a longer, less informative process, and has a much smaller pool of women than the internet does. So for a guy like me, who's very picky and wants a woman who shares my hobbies, interests and talents, The odds of meeting a match at a singles event held anywhere but an arcade or comicon, is basically zero.
On dating sites, if she didn't write a lot in her bio, I hit pass, I won't even take the time to message her and ask her about herself even if she's gorgeous. I don't have time to do that with hundreds of millions of women, and if she can't be bothered to write a proper bio on her profile, she's not serious enough about finding a good match to bother with.01 Reply- 1 y
That said, even if there was a singles event at an arcade or comicon, and every woman present was hot and had everything in common with me. I still wouldn't go, because I'd never know the event existed.
I've cut advertizing and news out of my life almost entirely, so If I don't think to look for it, I don't know about it.

who the fuck wants to go to a place full of?
- Stuckups
- Single Mothers
- Feminists
- Delusional Women who think they're "strong and independent"
these are the women who are interested in dating nowadays

LOL these videos are so obnoxious.. the reason men don't go to singles events is because it is cringe and only women would see interest in that.. most people rather just meet someone normally like through friends or something..

i've never heard of there ever being any formal or organized singles events in my area and if there were any. would imagine a lot of men would go as there seems to be more single men here than women

Because just like dating apps, they're scams
You can't just "expect to meet someone, just because you're "paying to do so""

Now that’s funny 😆
I can imagine the disappointment of single ladies
10 Reply 1.5K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. Where TF is this? This is absolute BS. Every event I've been to is at least 60% dudes, unless they actually limit the men they allow.
Don't believe any of what this douchebag says.

Because they are organised by MeToo firing squads, men turn up then get loaded onto a train to a burial pit

Stop generalizing. 1000s of men go to single events each and every week. It is well documented if you would stay away from the silly nonsense you watch on YouTube.
015 Reply- 1 y
Yes but less men are interested in them than women. This is also well documented. Men are dating and losing interest in relationships at an exponential rate compared to women. This is what happens when 99 cent feminism had you spitting in men's faces for 10 years, and now that social media is losing popularity and women over 30 are feeling the sting of no longer being the youngest cutest in the room anymore, they're going out husband shopping and finding nothing.
I work in high-level big-salary finance and see it day after day. Handsome solid strong 35 and 40 year old Wall street guys rejecting relationships and marriage like it's the plague for the cute 23 year old they're going to use for a weekend then toss out into the clubs. - 1 y
"well documented"
Where? How is your comment not just more "nonsense"?
Neither me, nor any guy I know, is even aware of these events, and most of us assume its just not a thing anymore.
Less and less people subscribe to newspapers or watch cable/satellite/fios tv, and more and more people block ads online, so where do such events even get advertised? - 1 y
Yes, you still see men online. Decent men in their thirties and forties, as with any age, just wanting marriage and a family with a woman their own age they can grow old with. They’re not all sleazeballs as they get older. Like with every generation, some are, many aren’t.
- 1 y
@ronaldo75 If you were working in big salary finance then you'd act like it. As it is, you act like a child and no Wall street company would stain their company with your presence.
- 1 y
@BlackBeauty90 How do wall street finance guys act? You tell me. Because 99% of the guys I work around are disgusting poon hounds who talk about women like they're meat. You just let me know you either work a cash register for a living or you review patient charts for 80k a year.
- 1 y
@BlackBeauty90 Stain the company with my presence? Booboo I'm one of the "good ones", my language and treatment of women is actually LITE compared to some of these guys. You have no idea how the New York Financial District works. Wow you really have no idea.
- 1 y
@TheSpaceGnome So, because you didn't know about these events, that means there is not a decline in men that can be measured. That's some logic there brother. Some logic. Or are you saying men don't show up because it's not well advertised? So... you're also unaware of the decline in men going to singles bars while there has been an increase in women bar hoppers in recent years? You're also unaware of the steep rise in female depression and alcoholism in the past 10 years. Right?

@ronaldo75 ROFL. Actually I know quite a bit what when my best friend happens to be a mega stocks investor as in last year he made 7 million.
My other best friend's great-grandmother was working the stock market before the parents of little immature boys like you were even born. She invested wisely in an era when even men struggled to work the stocks.
So come back when you can actually act like an adult. @ronaldo75 What is it that you do? If you’re in finance in the USA, you already are going to have a hard time defending yourself.
- 1 y
@BlackBeauty90 Mega stocks investor on wall street? Or from an upstairs home office? And during which decades was your best friends' great-grandmother working on which stock market? There isn't "the stock market" there's districts all over the USA and the world. So which one?
- 1 y
@ronaldo75 Thats not what I said, re-read it.
I said there IS a decline, because that sort of way of meeting people was phased out quite some time ago (in the late 1990s iirc). @ronaldo75 Your responses are the answers to that question. It's not necessarily the company you necessarily "keep", but it is company you are associated with. It's hard to tell if you DISsociate yourself from such activity. I'm saying finance and the pursuit of money and the grossly top-heavy distribution of income is why our society is being pulled apart at the seams. It's why I keep asking, pleading, to those at the top. How much is enough? Have you had enough? How much suffering do you need to see? Are you even aware? Is that why you distract yourselves with such detestable behavior? Greed is good, but at what point does it become corrupt?
@ronaldo75 When you read that money is the number one cause of relationship problems and the primary driver behind reduced marriage rates and divorce rates, that's finance. That's right in your wheelhouse. It has a pervasive effect.
In 2023 women who go to singles events are leftover women. Men who have any sort of worth know better and steer clear of that type of crowd.
