Well, we do not use the term getting "played" when we think with our dicks... we call that being loser. And no, we do not feel bad for guy that chases pussy and gets used.

Guys do feel bad for a guy that gets played though. Played to guys, is when you are trying to do all the right things and the woman takes advantage of him. Thats getting played, and you can get played and get sex at the same time.

But a guy that is trying to take advantage of woman, and he fails is not getting played, he is just a loser. Other guys might empathize with him, but we do not feel bad for him.

Now to your scenario about guys that think with their dicks. At my age that does not really happen anymore. You meet a woman and you try to date her, and at some point you realize this woman is not really offering you very much as far as a relationship. At that point we either break it off, or we at least try to get sex out of it first. But that is not getting played... that is just playing and losing. Which means you are loser.

I personally have won some but lost 10 times as many. Once you turn of that relationship switch in your head... fucking women are smart they know it. They realize the game is up and you are just trying to squeeze sex out of it... so its not easy.

It depends: if he is genuinely naive I will feel bad for him but if he has been warned by other dudes who are red pill aware and refused to listen to them then I have no sympathy.
