Guys, Does he really like me or not, what is this?

Basically I'm on a works event and a guy who I know, who I haven't ever spoken to before, is staring at me and looking at me. He turns his head and looks, he sometimes starts staring and I'm staring back. It can go on for like 5 seconds, which I think feels long!!! He literally turns his head and just looks. What I find crazy is that the way he stares at me isn't his normal looking to the right, left or in front. It's a different kind of look. We look into eachothers eyes. I feel myself falling for this guy. Every time he's around he makes me feel so hot, in temp lol I literally feel like he's the only one in the room. Then he looks at me and I'm melting.. I go all jelly and quiet. Does he really like me and what can the signs be or is this just me being too much in my head. Help me I'm going crazy for this guy. I feel like there's some heat between us. Why is he doing this?
