“Nah don’t worry about this isn’t crossing any lines at all I’ll see cause I’m usually busy but I’ll make sure to let u know if I’m freed up.”

I can’t tell if this is no phrased in a nice way or if this like a genuine I’m busy rn

So we both work toegther and I messaged him this:

Hey! I hope this isn’t crossing any lines or anything so I apologize in advance if it does but I was wondering if you wanted to hangout some time? You genuinely seem like a great guy and I’d love to get to know you more!

And then what I wrote in the original question was his response
