I like my coworker and I can tell he’s attracted to me too (my coworkers can see it as well). He stares a lot, always hanging around me, looking out for me when I need help, smiling and laughing, etc. However he hasn’t made any moves yet. He doesn’t ask me questions about my life nor asks to hang out outside of work etc. I have him on social media but he’s never dmed me. So I’ve kind of got the hint he probably isn’t that interested.
Should I just completely move on?

Why don't you ask him? Perhaps he's very shy, or imagines that you are out of his league. Some shy guys make great partners.
Even if he’s interested he could be playing it smart. I know this is an eye roll but it’s still valid: a lot of people don’t date their coworkers. Just look at the drama you’d already have by involving your coworkers, it would be a shitshow.

I mean, let’s say you two tried things out and ultimately it didn’t work, he may not want to deal with the aftermath. That means awkward encounters with you or at work in general, being the center of gossip making it even more uncomfortable. It would be better if one of you were leaving the job or you rarely ever (next to never) saw each other at work but it sounds like you see him pretty frequently to gain a crush. Now you’ve talked about it with your coworkers and they’re involved, which is already too much for a lot of people. Just sounds like it could be a mess and he knows better.

Hiii sorry I missed your message. Yesss I get what you mean and you’re right it is risky at work and he must know it too! Oh and nah nah I haven’t told any of my coworkers about him, they just see the chemistry when me and him are talking if that makes sense. Like even a few days ago when me and him finished talking, my coworker was randomly like “omg you guys look so cute together” 😂😭
