a lot of pick up artists talk about high value men. to me, it's someone who graduates early. so if it takes 4yrs to graduate, and he does it in 3. he is someone who has a vast social circle, and network, so that when he needs something, he will get it. he uses his time wisely. he gets things done early so that when the weather is nice out, he can go out. he respect his own body, and takes care of it. he has the strong ability to read the room, and plan ahead. eating healthy, exercising. whats your definition?
Do we need labels? Would you date a man you feel nothing to only because he has a label on him?
Labels are stereotypes, which, by default, means they are not true. They are useful for statistics but not for real life when we meet unique people.
I met today a man today in the grocery store. He smiled when helping me reach some things from the highest shelf. THAT smile... my lips responded without me even thinking. That smile would make me melt if we knew each other better lol
I don't know his labels but that smile was worth everything :D

@LazerBean got it right, as usual. But she left out the obvious, but controversial requirement of a good and reliable income. I mean let's keep it real.
I'll add that a high value man doesn't talk about high value men, but he knows they exist and what they are. Men who deny the existance of high value men know they are not high value men, so they are defensive about it.
And women who deny it are just dishonest.
High value or low value , alpha, beta, gamma, delta, epsilon, etc are signs of mental deficiency when describing people. Sure, a criminal would be considered a poor choice, but every thing else about them could be good.

Anybody who isn't a pick up artist and uses the term high value man or woman or alpha or beta or sigma.
“High value man” as a phrase is just an instantaneous red flag to me when I hear dudes call themselves that🚩
