Do guys always express their true feelings?

This guy, even small things sometimes he notice. Like when i’m mad, or little misunderstanding, then he will invite me to go eat just for us to actually discuss what’s going on. And that will take hours because at the end, both of us will start to open all the small2 previous thing that we have been keeping. He specifically can remember all details, my exact words, my exact action.

My question is, do guy typically go up to that beyond with friends, or he did that because he might see me more than a friend? Because some people say, guys never bother such thing, if he did up to this points, it means he actually look at me as more than friend. Is that true?

It depends on the guy himself. Cuz some guys normally do that while some guys don't. Has he always been this way since you met? If so that's probably a sign that he is just like that naturally, but if not it could be either possibility. Does he talk like this with other people? That could also be a good indicator, however people are complex and just because they fill all the boxes you make up doesn't always mean they are looking for more
