Let's say there's a girl. She's told you she likes you. And she invites you to get coffee. Would you go out if you didn't like her?

It might depend on whether I think I could grow to like her. Generally lean towards "no" but it depends (when I was single).

One thing is that I seem to be one of the really odd guys on this site who doesn't like being asked out on a date. I prefer the woman is flirty and let me ask her out on a date. It messes up my sense of initiative when women asked me out on dates.

Also really dislike coffee dates. They're very boring to me. I prefer something thrilling like an amusement park. And I'll pay for it.

I'm rather demisexual so I can build up an attraction to a woman as we get connected. I don't decide upfront so much whether or not I like a woman; it's something I like to figure out as we go.

If we don't have the connection and chemistry but still have a good time, maybe we can still become good friends (not FWBs; I'm not that type).

No. And I've only went out once with a woman because I thought if I gave her a chance I could develop feelings for her. It was a bad idea. I've never done it since. And would never do it again. It's not fair to her.
