My boyfriend talks to friends while on toilet?

So last night my boyfriend and I got into it because he was on the phone while taking a dump to a friend that he doesn't talk to much but had a reason to call so he said was taking care of business about something and he was to an extent. I went in there to put towels up I washed and just shook my head bc I find it disgusting and I do have anxiety problem due to last abandonment issues so he said It was me being controlling because I said are you eating with me and he held up one finger because supper was ready. He was on phone 20 mins and I came. in there 3 times waiting he said or didn't think that long and said once was enough he knows plenty of guys that do this and normal. Part of it was my anxiety because haven't seen him all weekend but is this normal? a lot more history but he told me basically he's a grown man and will do what he wants regardless of what I say and was taking care of something and told me he was coming so will when he gets done..

Meant to add he said reason he answered phone call bc it was something needed to take care of while he was on toilet

sit your hypocritical ass down for one. second, you could see he was busy in more than one sense, get on with your life without needing him to hold your hand.

three, trying to pass all this onto your anxiety is a dickhead thing to do because YOU know you're at FAULT and need to off load the blame.

That's why he says I'm trying to control him and like I said and admit sometimes I do unintentionally due to my anxious attachment

When you sense that feeling of getting "stirred up" on the inside, you need to know that is a signal for you to disengage and think about what you are doing instead of just venting your feelings.

If he does things that you truly can't stand, it doesn't mean he should change. . . but it might mean that he is not The One for you.
