If I try to talk about it, he yells at me and argues. Whenever I feel ignored and unheard I feel sad and he yells at me for crying. I feel stuck and not sure what to do anymore. Whenever I try to talk on the Phone be hangs up and me trying to reach him he gets angry and blocks me and ignores me and unblocks me when he feels. I constantly feel alone and helpless when he does that. He then later acts like nothing happened and acts normal again. When I feel upset he gets angry and says Im always angry or upset. He never feels bad for anything he does or even talks about it after.
