im sweating when i reach 15mins in when im on the treadmill, and i never used to sweat this much-> im sweating everywhere, on my chest, neck, bum, hands, face, its so gross
is this a good thing or a health issue i need to address?
I hate to come off as rude but if you are out of shape, overweight, or obese you are much more likely to sweat more than what is expected because you will strain and tire your body quicker and excess fat increases this. It also could be if you are wearing heavier or more covering clothing than before. Also If you have started taking any new medications lately it may have sweating as a side effect, I recently started taking a anti-depressant and I sweat in even very cool temperatures because of my medication. Also I suppose even though I think it is unlikely but Hyperhidrosis is a possibility, it is a condition where you sweat in excess (even in cool temperatures). I don't think this is a real concern but I suggest you just consult with your doctor about it.
Agree with Blondie over there...
Sweating is good. You're getting rid of toxins, plus your body is working hard.
:)))
No! Excessive sweating can usually be down to excess body fat OR in the very fit it can be due to high thresholds of exercise -meaning a fit person such as an athlete can output more power (for example to run faster) than an unfit person, burning more energy means more heat, more heat more sweat. Of course you could just be slightly overweight and be starting to work a little harder at the gym... which without knowing you i'd say is most likely
nah bruh im like fkin 47kg for an 18yr old lol just wanted to go to the gym to get more fit
1. check room relative humidity first
2. consider that your body is adjusting to internal water dependability - the more dependable the source (re hydration) then the easier it will release it for cooling purposes
3. what you eat/drink in days prior may have an effect, keep a diary
4. you may be making a break through to a higher workout/health plateau - research this
