I think your thinking waaaay to much when you´re going to sleep, and you´re screwed if you do... As soon as you´re thinking your doomed... You´re not able to sleep untill you´re relaxed, and then your thinking of being relaxed, and you think that you shouldn´t think about that etc...
Exercise before you go to sleep... Like really hard exercise, so you´re almost falling apart when you´re finished! Then you will probably be able to sleep very well?

I'm an insomniac too, I usually watch YouTube videos on my phone until I fall asleep. It doesn't actually help me sleep, but it helps pass the time until my body decides it'll go to sleep :3
