5'1" 130 pounds, while not exactly "skinny," is still perfectly healthy, especially for a young woman who still is growing into her body. It most certainly isn't "fat," that much I can assure you.
As far as "managing your eating habits," don't worry about it too much right now. You want to make sure you're not depriving your body of necessary nutrients. Your body is still growing and adjusting, so your body is going to constantly crave different things at different times.
Obviously, you don't want to get into bad habits, like eating significantly oversized portions, or loading up on junk food, or eating full size meals before bed.
If this is still a concern you have, I'd focus more on keeping active, and developing good habits with exercise and fitness more than I'd worry about what you're eating right now.
Again. You are a very healthy weight for your height, and for your age.

Personally i don't hawk any diet plans. For your ongoing education about eating, however, Google terms like 'insulin spike' 'glycemic index' 'insulin resistance' and 'insulin resistant diabetes' , and maybe try to locate a site once called 'Eat Fat Grow Slim'. Sounds like a mystical quick-fix, but it's actually very informative.
Basically all of this comes under the once popular heading of 'Lo Carb'... or more specifically The Atkins Diet. Doesn't matter what you call it, the science can lead you to better food choices down the road, and none of them about fasting or deprivation.
By the way, per your dimensions, numbers tell nothing. Get a very simple and painless test called, i believe, Body Mass Index. If what you are carrying is a higher proportion of muscle within bodyweight, then you probably look just fine.

That's a pretty good weight, I like BMI 23-24 it being healthy and not overweight but still not sticks and bones :D
Technically if you lose a total of 8 lbs, you'll be *perfect* weight, but you're fine now too. All you need is physical exercise if you actually do want to lose some weight I guess.
