Well i eat mostly basmati rice, french fries, cherries, apples and i started to eat again chicken nuggets and frozen burger since those foods contain xenoestrogens as i read and they drop testosterone levels... i drink coffee, green tea, and pepsi cola everyday which all of themcontain caffeine, also i add ketchup in my food and soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. i sleep only about 5.5 hrs during the day
Am i on a good way for droping testosterone levels, or not?
