First of all , no matter what size you are you are beautiful. A lot of my guy friends like curvy girls, and you should be comfortable in your own skin. But if it is a health issue or for sports there is this amazing diet that works really fast. All you do is eat ALL meat, for two weeks (look it up online) some of friends have done it and it really works. And you get to eat good food instead of rabbit food. The only downside is keeping the weight off, otherwise it works wonders!
