I was exactly like you few months ago, I didn't want to eat anything with any amount of fat, sugar or carbs. I became obsessed with the water thing too, I started to drink so much water I was always feeling like throwing up.
Now I'm only eating less but if I feel like eating something then I will, it's the same thing but you feel better.

If I were you I would be concerned thst you actually feel that bad about eating one doughnut.
That is how my eating disirder began. Loosing weight and getting toned became obsession and just tiny bit of something unhealrhy made me worry like a mother who has lost her children
Yeah you are definitely Ok. I work out everyday and I diet like nobody's business. And twice a month I treat myself to something. Like a soda or a sweet snack... I've lost 120 lbs and I'm pretty ripped. So I think you'll live after one donut. Just don't eat 12 donuts a day. Lol
You shouldn't (unless you eat it everyday)... everything in moderation.
