For those who have clear skin?

HELP! I get these painful, mountain sized zits always one on my forehead and chin. Otherwise my skin is fine. I use alcohol, PersaGel, toner, witch hazel, ice, green tea bags, and lemon with honey but NOTHING works. It'll just migrate to a different part of my forehead. Also, I have acne from my shoulder to my elbow that, again, will not go away no matter what products I use.
If anyone knows some "magic" method that rids acne PLEASE help.

The only thing that magically got rid of my acne & kept it away even though I'm not on it anymore was birth control pills.

I used to use the Clean & Clear Advantage cleanser & that worked very well. It has a lot stronger dose of benzoyl peroxide than a lot of other cleansers.

Just a tip... only sleep on satin pillow cases. Or if you want to use cotton ones, only sleep on one side ONCE before washing (flip it the next night). Even with satin, make sure you wash them frequently.

Don't use alcohol it just irritates it worse and prevents healing. Use peroxide instead. There's not really too much I can tell you. It might be due to hormones, so don't stress out or panic and you can try taking a cotton ball soak it in soy milk and pat down the bumps with it.
