At 20, it's not so much how you look but how you act and hold yourself. You know that whole confidence thing girls say it's attractive? You're attitude changes how you physically look and hold yourself.
I get that all the time. I tend to listen and stay quiet but I have taught myself to keep my body language open instead of keeping it small with crossed arms or hands in pockets.
Honestly at our age 2-3 years is nothing. I like when people guess that I am a bit older.
Shaving your beard will make you seem younger if it really matters that much to you.

I actually look younger than I am. But sometimes it's just how your face looks. If you truly want to look younger, your face will have to be completely clean of hair and such.
