and then gained it back and lost it all again. I want to lose another 10 pounds. I eat 500 or less calories a day and I've purged maybe 10-15 times within the year. I'm not skeletal at all, you wouldn't think I had these well issues. My bmi is 18.6 and not massively low. But I'm starting to worry about like having a heart attack or something? I just can't gain any weight and I think I'll be fine once I'm at my goal, then I can maintain on 1000 and be healthy. Do you think that would be okay?
