Definitely a eating disorder. There is no way you should be eating less than 500 calories in a day, and purging is NEVER a good thing to do. You won't have a heart attack, women only have heart attacks after they stop producing estrogen during menopause. Go exercise and eat more, your body will actually put on weight if you starve yourself like this, it produces fat in response to the starvation. Just eat more and exercise.

I've been there. Sounds like an eating disorder. You eat way too little and you are nearly underweight. Whatever your "goal" is, its too low. And 1000kcal is still too little. You do not understand what is healthy or what is reasonable anymore.
Please go talk to some professional before its too late.
it sounds like you suffer from a form of ednos and I think your health should be a top priority. If you are concerned about your weight eat small portions from all the main food groups but don't count calories, it's starvation in disguise
