so I am a thin girl but not too much.. I do have figure I just need to gain a couple of pounds. . I need my face to look healthy and have filled cheeks... any advice for certain food I should try
lots of squats and lunges , you can do wall sits are great. stay away from trans fat. most importantly make sure you EAT! workout with weights like "sovetskii13" said.
eat a lot of
•Soy or whey protein powder
•Peanuts or peanut butter
•Steak or hamburger
•Chicken
•Tuna

Exercise more. Not running; I'm talking about lifting weights to gain muscle.
Eat meat.
Drink whole milk (if your body is capable of digesting it)
Eat whole wheat bread.
Eat swiss cheese.
Eat potatoes.
