My friend might have cancer, its driving me crazy?

So my guyfriend told me he might have cancer. I was extremely sad because I really like this guy. I did reject him in the past but he still like me. So my guyfriend said he would hit me up to let me know the results today and he havent. I freaking out. Yes I haven't talk to him much before but now im checking on him more. Im the type of person where I worry a lot and I feel my guyfriend should at least waited to tell me before he got the results. Now im crying and he hasn't told me anything. Do you think he should have waited because he knows im a worried freak? Whats wrong with me

Wow. You sound freaking selfish. The guy might have cancer, he could die and he was looking for someone to confide in... and all you are worried about is whether he is wrong for not waiting to talk to you about it until he gets the results? How selfish.

Right now, all you can do is hope everything is okay. Once he reaches out then I guess you two can talk about whatever you guys want but talk it slow. My exgf really hated it when I would bring it up so I just left it up to her to bring up and just support and talk to her and more importantly listen to her. Shit sucks.

I am saying he told you about this because he wants you to show your true feelings for him. Otherwise why would tell someone this that you barely talk to. You really like him, tell him that!
