As described below, are these symptoms of asthma?

I'm just wondering because for months know i've had terrible episodes at least once a day, sometimes more than once and even twice where i feel like i haven't been able to breath. I start getting dizzy, and blank out, losing sensation in my left arm, when i try to feel my arm it feels numb and like i'm watching a hand touch my arm, even though i can't feel it. That's really the best way that i can explain this. Then when i lay down especially, my chest is very tight, and hurts to breathe, it's almost like i can't catch a breath and breathe in continuously trying to get a satisfying amount of air. No wheezing, mucus build up in throat occasionally. It is weird. Just looking for some advice, not looking to be told "you need to go see a doctor" lol

You are describing what sounds like a stroke or a heart attack. You need to see your doctor immediately. Low blood pressure maybe causing you to feel faint and dizzy. Are you over weight or have a family history of diabetes? You need to check that out. I recommend if you don't already, start doing some cardio to strengthen your heart muscles, eat clean and stay hydrated. Not being able to breathe is a HUGE sign that something is wrong, do not let it pass without getting it checked out. i am not overweight, no history of diabetes, and i am far too young to be having a heart attack. I may indeed have low blood pressure though. I have been diagnosed with asthma, just wondering if the signs were of an asthma attack.

sometimes when i'm in the shower or taking off a shirt, it's a weird sensation almost like semi-numbness.

asthma attacks occur when you over exercise or when you're anxious and your heart rate speeds up. You are young but it doesn't eliminate you from having a heart attack. It can happen to anyone.

I have asthma and I can tell you that has never happened. With asthma you sometimes feel your throat close and have shortness of breath. Sounds like a heart attack symptom.

I can't explain it. I have always had asthma so I don't really know what it feels like to breathe like a normal person so I don't know really how to explain it. But it doesn't matter. The numbness is a serious issue and NOT asthma so maybe instead of asking a bunch of strangers who probably know nothing about anything medical you should probably see a professional.

Oh sorry that sounds really bitchy, I didn't meam for it to come out that way. I just know it has nothing to do with asthma. Young people can have heart attacks so it is always good to be careful. You are never too young to have a heart attack

All seem like symptoms of asthma EXCEPT the pain in arm and hands. This could be very serious, you need to contact your doctor IMMEDIATELY!!!
