If your still hungry, I think you should fill yourself entirely... after all breakfasts are the most important meal of the day. Their is saying " Eating like a king when it comes to breakfast, eat like a normal human when it comes to lunch, and eat like your poor when it comes to dinner," Try low GI food since they release engergy slowly so you have energy throughout the day, but High Gi foods immediately release energy which is good if you are going to do something in a hour or 2.

Fruits and vegetables, also proteain - VERY important for breakfast. Eggs - best option.
Eggs have too much cholesterol...
And if they're unhealthy, why do people say they're a good source of fiber? The name is obvious.
