What kind of exercising are you doing? I would assume maybe you're going a little to intense and you're brain is getting the tension from it and causing headaches has happened to me a lot from powerlifting. It could be issues with your blood pressure maybe or just maybe your body can't handle pressure well and you need to slowly work your way?
Did you change anything like maybe started drinking pre-workouts or supplements or energy drinks those can cause headaches.
If I were you I would recommend going to your doctor regarding this and explain whats going and how this randomly just started to happen and that you want to exercise and not have headaches, for all you know you might of just strained a muscle or something and not realized it.
I am just recovering from a neck strain and I only feel the strain when I actually put pressure on it such as weight lifting, so you just never know what could possible be causing the problem and it's always better to be safe and check with your doctor and make sure everything is okay and ask them what they recommend you do.

i bet your traps and shoulders never worked a day in their life until you started working out. now they will get tight when your working out and squeeze the nerves running up your neck, causing tension headaches. once you quit working out your body relaxes just enough to not squeeze those nerves but your still fairly tense so as soon as you re engage the next time your headache comes screaming right back.
Are you prone to getting migraines even outside of the gym? Your system might be more sensitive than others if that's the case. If you were doing strenuous exercise I could make more of a case for it, but even small things? Not to scare you, because it could be nothing much, but I'd see a doctor. This is the kind of thing you don't play around with.
Could it be migraine? When I first had a migraine attack my doctor said it could be caused by my workout program if I was pushing myself beyond my limits. You can find more in this website.

OK so what or experiencing bright now is a fight from your body while u work out which is great by the way and u start puahingba little more your body tends to not be able sometime to cope with the stress it is under and shows you signs and symptoms that it is really stressed and tired I would say that u should not stop excercising entirely but should take at least a good one week of rest before starting back to excersise , when you do start only then gradually increase back workout intensity till you are happy with where u are also another good piece of advice see a doctor :D
Go see a doctor.
Hypertension induced headache, is a potential sign for berry aneuryms. (go wiki if you don't know what that is). Not to scare you though. But ya know, worst case scenario lol.
The hypertention usually results from adrenaline +/- valsava maneuvres when you do core related activity.
Regardless, it's a good idea to see a GP for this presentation.
No. Please do.It is probably an alarm signal... take a few days rest, than the first day exercise at a lower pace and feel both if your muscles feel fully recovered on the one hand and if your headache is gone on the other.
If this is not the solution, see a doctor. Maybe you have high blood pressure or so. But than you'd also have had the symptoms when not working out.
Think a nice rest will solve it. 90% sure :-)Hope you're not pushing yourself too hard on have high blood pressure or something. Breathing correctly, proper posture, & taking a break from each workout should help. You getting enough correct nutrition too? Enough rest? Are you stressed, worried or over thinking while working out?
that's scary. I would honestly consult a doctor. it may be because you might be working out too hard for your fitness level? but right now I would stop or chill out on the workouts until I get a medical answer
are you lifting weights or shaking your head-neck a lot if so that might be the problem
and make sure you breath while working out
I USE TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM FOR NO REASONHow has your sleep been lately? Lack of sleep or frequent interruptions while resting can cause headaches like this.
I'd suggest seeing a doctor as we can only speculate.
As for my speculation lol.. You aren't on a no/low carb diet are you? It could just be a sign of low blood glucose levels. Are you supplimenting with amino acids and/or protien drinks? You're body may need more than your regular intake of nutrients.
Get checked by your doctor, make sure all your vitamins are at the proper levels and you are getting the proper nutrition for the intensity of your workouts!
