Whenever my mom goes food shopping, she likes to but me junk food, but I know it's not healthy so I don't want it.
How can I train my brain to hate junk food? And I mean ALL junk food.
Get into cooking, having a more active role in the preparation of your food will not only improve the food you are consuming but increase your enjoyment of food. Learning to cook for yourself is a wonderful thing and in my opinion, getting young people interested in cooking is how we can tackle bad eating habits. Having the odd MacDonalds here and there isn't that bad, but relying on processed foods as your main diet is very unhealthy. Take a cooking course, go shopping with your mom, offer to help her or your dad prepare meals for the family, start baking, get enthusiastic!
Ah, I think moderation is better. But I decided to stop drinking soda's a long time ago. It kinda hurt my stomach. So i think you'll just have to think of the disadvantage you'll get after consuming it. When i think about the pain in my stomach. it's bearable but I hate the feeling. :)
Don't buy it, don't bring it in the house, and don't stop at the drive-throughs!!
I used to eat that sht, but I stopped, purposely, because it is REALLY bad, and if I try to eat it now, I get REALLY SICK!!
You have to just train yourself not to want it, and after a few months, you think you want it, and you get it, and you feel REALLY sick, and then you KNOW it is BAD for you!!!

just keep thinking i hate junk food i hate junk food just over and over again
Junk food has addictive ingredients so you can't.
However, whenever you go to the grocery store, just buy certain products rather than junk food products.
Eat enough real food, you will learn to despise it.
You can't because it's delicious. You just have to have the willpower and the motivation to say no.
