Ladies if you have done the squat challenge please explain in great detail how it worked, how many you did, how long it took , and are you satisfied with your results.
Tried it just until my 3rd day. I'm not satisfied with my workout if my muscles didn't sore the next day. 30 day squat challenges usually start at small number of sets and reps. That doesn't work for me.

oh man I remember this. I did it, it was easy. but im jus going back to my weighted squats routine. some have done it on here and liked it.
