Best ways to get a better sleep?

Im having problems sleeping i dont go bed till 3-4in the morning then i wake up at 7 in the morning to get my daughter ready for school very rarely that i will have a nap with my son even though im feel tired and sleepy still can't sleep and when i go bed at 10 for example I'll wake up at 2 in the morning and stay a wakr till 5 in the morning then have a 2 hrs sleep because I've got school run again and when i do manage to sleep early through the night i wake up very tired and sleepy
