I haven't been feeling like myself lately. I can't seem to focus, listen to music, do normal day to day activities wothput. feeling like something is wrong. Is it just exam stress or something else?
We all have those moments, and i have them all the time. I think it can be a form of identity crisis? or a form of emptiness that has taken place? I know when i feel that way its because i feel like something is missing, like maybe a special someone?
Thats how i feel :p i try to cover it with studying or going to the gym.

I used to, but then I got over it somehow. Used to have terrible social anxiety.
Glad I never had to take any medication or anything. *Phew*
Sounds like Anxiety, Depression could be Major Depression
