lol, I used to go climbing so weight was an issue. It's pretty extreme tbh. I found I couldn't keep it up that long down to a lack of energy, couldn't concentrate. I had the shakes some mornings. If I did it again for some reason I would certainly be more observant over blood sugar. You do lose weigh but I really don't think it's good for you, it didn't feel good for you! lol

I haven't tried it, but based on the program it would definitely work.
I've used it, and personally, it was okay. I didn't like it to much but those are just personal issues haha. But a lot of my friends have used it and they loved it. So give it a try hun!
