Honestly I don't know. . . strength is not a problem for me but I have no stamina. . . I can run about 50M, that's it
When it comes to push ups I have to stop and catch my breath
I used to have good stamina, I was a good long distance runner but then laziness and videogames happened

I typically do 40.. both regular and decline
then on to something else before I continue..

if I just kept at it till I dropped.. ^.~
I've watched my husband do 60 pushups in a minute (military, he does a ton), but I've never watched decline ones. All I know is that he can easily do 100+ without losing breath but I can't do a single one! #1wimp

Don't know about decline but i can do 30-35 regular. I want to improve though...
