1st off, if he is worried about your weight then I would not even give him a time of day. Never compare yourself to others! You are you and that is great! Individuality and uniqueness is what matters the most and not the stereotypical cliché. I am, for example, 150 lbs at 5’8” and I love the way I look. Learn to love yourself for who you are.
No he shouldnt if he really likes you and 120 pounds is still small don't feel insecure because that can be a turn off to guys its not like you are overweight and sloppy you are at a pretty good weight and I highly doubt if he complains...Hopes this helps!..
