I was reading through the comments and... Girl what do you mean you're "big?" I'm the same height as you, 5 pounds heavier, and people tell me I'm tiny. I think you're good. I mean if you want to tone some muscles then do some cardio. Jogging for 30 minutes each day helps quite a bit, so do scissor kicks (start out with 30 seconds of them but try to work your way up to at least a minute each day. You're supposed to do 3 minutes each day but eh... I'm still working on that myself ^^;), and push-ups or stair push-ups do too (start with 10 a day before working up to 20). Increasing your protein intake may help with that as well.

Well, firstly it depends on what you want to mean by improving. If you simply want to look good and be healthy, I would say you are doing pretty well, maybe if you don't feel comfortable you could try a little toning or something to gain a more "fit" look.(Granted I am saying without looking at an actual picture). Now if you want to improve for a specific sport, then you would have to do so accordingly, (The ideal soccer player will have a different physique than the average basketball player). Hope this helps.

You are perfectly normal. The only thing you should focus is in having a healthy balanced diet and have physical activity as much as you feel like. Fifteen is the time to build your whole personality, not just your body.
