Why don't you go to a gym then, and ask there what to do?
Follow this simple rules: avoid processed carbs/sugar, eat more protein/fiber (veggies/fruits), and be in a caloric deficit. Do some 1-hr resistance/weight training (speeds up your metabolism) with a quick 20min cardio. Voila!
