How exactly do you let out your anger with exercising?

I dont want to write a big paragraph and bore you , to put it simply I get mad due certain reasons (reasons anybody would get mad at) but problem is I get really mad , I mean HULK MAD. (no I don't go around puching and kicking people )

I need a way to deal with such anger so I thought since I already lift , that would be a great way to air out all the anger but exactly how do yoy do it.

Do you just keep remebering the event that made you mad. over and over or. pretend the bar is a person you hate?
How exactly do you let out your anger with exercising?
