It can also (more likely) give you bad breath, give everything you own the smell of cigarette smoke, give you cancer, give anyone you live with cancer, make you cough, give you shortness of breath, cause you to become addicted/dependent on the nicotine, or give you bad teeth. Just something to think about. There are better ways to lose weight.

When I first started smoking it did curb my appetite a little bit. But once you get used to it, you still eat as much as when you don't smoke. Now I regret it because cigarettes are expensive and all they do is make me broke and it's hard to stop.
