Walk a few miles a day. How far is school? Walking to and from school is easy way to get exercise and you have a destination.
Basketball soccer swimming laps... Lots of sports you can do and doing it alone is fun bc you can challenge yourself and if you do iT and others it's fun bc it's social. Dance to music in your room for two hours a day if you wanT to exercise with privacy.

Dont count calories its more about nutritional value. Also just clean up your diet a bit , drink more water that helps with hunger and clears toxins out a bit. Exclude a lot of sugars out of your diet having dessert every once in a while. Avoid vending machines and tell your mom to buy healthier snacks for you at home like organic smoothies and protein shakes for when you are on the go. Also eat more fruits and veggies like tell your mom to like buy more salads and kale. And you already work out a lot so just do more cardio and tone up a bit. Don't pay attention to the weight but like measure your self its much healthier
The only healthy way to loose weight is to have a calorie deficient, you don't need no fancy diets or anything special. If you order food at school, I'm sure you can ask the lunch lady about the nutrients on the food your eating, also ask your mom what's in the meal if you don't know, and you can google calorie values. Figure out how much calories your body burns naturally throughout the day, and being exercising to the point where you're consuming less calories than you're burning. Just like that, you'll start seeing the pounds be shredded away, probably quite quickly depending on your metabolism.
I know you said you can't but anything, but if your willing to spend about $6, but a jump rope!! If you can jump 30min a day then escalate to an hour when you can do 30mik none stop, you're gonna lose sooo much weight. Unlike running, jumping rope can also be high impact depending on your speed and intensity. I personally jumped rope for three months during the summer brake and lost 80+ pounds

There are plenty of body weight workouts, don't worry so much about calories as much as eating healthy and not skipping meals. Body weight workouts are like push ups, squats, lunges, crunches, heel touches, crab walk, bicycle crunches, tricep dips, running/walking, etc. there's so many that don't require a dumbbell just you. And there's a lot of variations of moves. For example squats has a bunch such as sumo, jumping, plié, single leg, normal, and more. Hope this helps, good luck!

It works for me, I don't gain any weight. I'm not even on a diet, so I eat chocolate and ice cream too.you could just cut back on the portions of your food- I did a water fast for five days but I wouldn't recommend that to you as you dance a lot and will need food.
try to eat healthy a lot of fibre and grains im sure you can get some good options at school eat garlic or take garlic pills. eat salas and fruit.
