You have to stop being such a night owl and get to bed earlier. Don't drink caffine. Find something to tire yourself out mentally and physcially. Turn your electronic devices off. Set multiple alarms so you can wake up as early as your body hears the alarm. You need to change your sleeping habits.
I know if I go to bed at like 4:00am and then have to get up at 7:30 I sleep right through the alarm clock too. Deprive yourself of sleep enough nights in a row and sleep will always win out over listening to noises around you.

I'm in the military and when I sleep in the field of a twing snaps I'm awake lol but when I'm home I can set like 5 alarms and still sleep through them. I think if you try sleeping on the floor or somewhere diffrent you will wake up during your alarms. Hope it helps
I had to buy a few bigger alarm clock & set them. They ring for about 2 minutes. The trick is to have them away from the bed so you have to get up to shut them off.
