For most people, weight loss is done in the kitchen. Exercise is absolutely a great thing to do, to be clear. But considering one candy bar can be the equivalent of an hour to an hour and a half brisk walk, it's just easier to watch how many calories you consume, and cut back in a controlled manner.
I'm a runner, but some of the best exercises for calorie consumption are of the high intensity or resistance ) weight lifting, interval training).
You choose every day only to put good things in and do physical activity. There is so set time, each body responds differently, you have to be dedicated and patient.
